I'll leave aside the minor matter of having Snow and Adams in charge of things if we have to manage a "soft landing" of the dollar. As Chief of Staff at Treasury he at least knows his away around the building. But the Cheney tentacles are everywhere on the foreign policy side -- just to note, this fellow is going to be Wolfowitz' boss at Treasury. Hmmm...
