I'd agree with that.
It's also occurred to me -- and I hope to God that I'm correct -- that success has spoiled them, just as success spoiled the left a generation ago. Winning elections and running the government isn't enough anymore; now they want everybody to agree with them, too.
Let us hope that it's time for something completely different. Considering all the bills George W. is racking up, the country won't be able to afford another "conservative" president for a good long time.
