"Let Bush be Bush"?
by
nadezhda
Greg's not the only one. Andrew Sullivan has developed it into performance art.
With all the talk of "will Bush 2 be like Reagan 2" will we hear, let Bush be Bush? And will it come from the hard-liners whose greatest fear is Reagan-2-redux? Or from the rapidly-moderating-their-worldviews set who are clinging to the idea of Reagan 2 as salvation?
Personally, I thnk both sets are rather builty of projecting their aspirations onto their god.
