h) the U.S. will more forcefully re-engage in attempting to bring about a comprehensive Arab-Israeli peace. Djerejian has to be smoking something very strong to think that this has any chance of happening. Bush obviously doesn't care very much about the issue, and he obviously won't start caring about it anytime soon.
