Uyghurs of Xinjiang paper status:
- - 26 pages - DONE! Edit - Ok, really this time it is! I found it in me to re-read the thing one more time today after all, and I think I'm generally satisfied. (At this point, I'd better be). I've attached the .rtf file here, and will post the whole freakin' thing immediately following this post, for those who feel like plowing through it on the web. First I've gotta talk to my China prof Fewsmith and see what the odds Chinese state security will use this to deny me visa entry rights at some point later on down my IR career if I try publishing it online with my name attached.
